Louis Vuitton HR Business Partner Specialist in Nanjing. Support retail HR operations and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail HRBP Manager in developing and executing regional HR strategies and programs that drive business success and employee engagement
- Partner with store managers and retail teams to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and proactively address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for retail employees to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Partner with Learning and Development to facilitate training and development programs for retail staff
- Manage employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail operations
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite

Experience
4+ years of HR experience, with demonstrated focus on retail operations or customer-facing business environments. Proven track record of supporting HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and managing employee relations in fast-paced settings.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
