HR Business Partner role at Louis Vuitton Singapore. Full-time, temporary position supporting retail HR operations in Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day HR services and solutions to the retail team including manpower planning, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance management
- Provide consultation and coaching to retail leadership regarding employee relations issues
- Collaborate with Indonesia HR and Zone HR Centres of Excellence to develop and implement talent solutions supporting business objectives
- Maintain and leverage HR analytics to inform and support people-related decision-making
- Monitor talent market trends and HR best practices while ensuring full HR regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5–10 years of HR generalist experience with at least 3 years in HR Business Partnering
- Demonstrated experience in retail or service industry preferred
- Strong employment law and HR regulatory knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
