Louis Vuitton Singapore seeks an HR Business Partner — Retail to support retail leadership in HR strategy, employee relations and talent development (temporary role).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive day‑to‑day HR services to the retail organisation, including manpower planning, compensation & benefits, talent development, employee engagement, succession planning and performance management.
- Provide consultation, coaching and practical guidance to retail leaders on employee relations, performance issues and organisational design.
- Partner with zone HR Centres of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management) and regional HR colleagues to design and implement talent solutions aligned to business priorities.
- Use HR analytics and people metrics to diagnose issues and recommend evidence‑based actions to support workforce decisions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and HR policies; keep abreast of local talent market trends and HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5–10 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partnering capacity; retail or service industry experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence and maturity to influence leaders at all levels.
- Hands‑on, pragmatic and able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Minimum five years of HR experience with a track record as an HR Business Partner; prior exposure to retail or frontline service operations is highly desirable.
Education
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
