Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing and promoting internal missions to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Support managers on individual and collective HR topics, providing comprehensive generalist HR expertise.
  • Identify and implement employee development needs in collaboration with managerial teams.
  • Drive talent and organization reviews to identify talents and feed succession plans.
  • Ensure effective management of employee relations topics, including investigations and performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain consistency of compensation and benefits packages in collaboration with the C&B Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy of employment contracts and HR information systems.
  • Manage and develop one HR Advisor.
  • Lead a regional initiative in collaboration with relevant counterparts for the entire region.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of successful experience in HR.
  • Experience in Retail and/or Hospitality industry preferred.
  • Experience in the region and in managing teams is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and observation skills. Proficiency in UK labor law and legal framework. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Strong influencing and relationship-building abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years in the HR function, with significant experience in Retail or Hospitality industries preferred.

Education

Higher education degree in HR or related field.
