The HR Business Partner partners with the Senior HR Manager to support Retail leadership in Jakarta, providing generalist HR services, employee relations guidance, talent solutions, analytics, and regulatory compliance. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior HR Manager to support Retail leadership in understanding HR needs and provide generalist HR support aligned with business needs and direction.
- Deliver day-to-day HR services and solutions to the retail team, including manpower planning, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
- Advise and coach the Retail leadership team on employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with Indonesia HR colleagues and Zone HR Centres of Excellence, including Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management, to develop talent solutions for the business.
- Maintain and use HR analytics to inform and support people-related decisions.
- Monitor talent market trends and HR best practices, and ensure HR regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in the retail or service industry.
- Highly motivated, hands-on, dynamic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence and maturity to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Good knowledge of employment law, regulations, and HR practices.

Education
