Louis Vuitton seeks an HR Assistant to Director in Paris to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, requiring 5+ years experience and fluency in French and English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the HR Director's calendar, including travel coordination and meeting organization with support materials preparation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level requests, filtering and prioritizing solicitations
- Prepare and track HR committees including career reviews and people reviews, monitoring action plans and decisions
- Plan and coordinate recurring HR campaigns such as annual performance reviews and salary reviews
- Oversee the signature circuit for official departmental documents
- Manage expense reports and monitor departmental budget, including quotations, orders, and invoicing
- Cultivate relationships with external partners and service providers including recruitment firms, educational institutions, and consulting firms
- Coordinate internal communications in both French and English
- Maintain administrative file management and document archiving with absolute confidentiality standards
- Organize HR seminars and team rituals with exacting standards, and manage team logistics including supplies, mail, access, and equipment
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes while ensuring a high-quality welcome experience
- Contribute to streamlining and optimizing team operations

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar executive or HR assistant role
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Demonstrated autonomy and solution-oriented approach
- Recognized organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to serve as a trusted liaison
