Role & Responsibilities

• Drive the recruitment pipeline for interns and apprentices across multiple educational institutions and sectors, managing end-to-end candidate experience through final offer stage
• Assess departmental staffing needs in partnership with line managers and maintain comprehensive tracking throughout the recruitment cycle
• Execute targeted sourcing, screening, and candidate interviews across commercial, engineering, and fashion education institutions
• Develop and animate school partnerships through career forums, employer presentations, and campus events to enhance brand visibility and talent attraction
• Design and coordinate engaging onboarding experiences, including orientation programs and integration content for incoming campus participants
• Monitor and support interns and apprentices throughout their tenure, organizing community-building events and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline volume, application quality, and conversion rates
• Generate regular reports on recruitment KPIs and identify actionable improvement opportunities
• Contribute to cross-functional projects spanning talent pools, recruitment tools, process optimization, and candidate experience enhancement

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in Human Resources, business management, or equivalent program
• First-hand experience in recruitment or HR operations through prior internship or work placement (preferred)
• Recognized for rigor, intellectual curiosity, meticulous organization, and strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Proactive communicator with demonstrated capacity for active listening and polyvalent task management
• Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, and the values that define these industries: excellence, attention to detail, creative thinking, and drive for continuous improvement
• Fluent written and spoken French
• Fluent written and spoken English

Skills

Experience

Entry-level; prior HR or recruitment internship experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, organizational discipline, and comfort with a dynamic, multi-project environment.

Education

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent university program; or a graduate of a business school or engineering school with HR specialization.
