Louis Vuitton HR internship in Paris: 6-month campus talent acquisition role supporting recruitment, school partnerships, and employer branding.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment of interns and apprentices across diverse academic institutions, including business schools, engineering schools, and fashion academies
  • Gather hiring needs from line managers and guide them throughout the recruitment process
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
  • Track all recruitment activities through to final offer stage, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Develop and animate school partnerships through forums, presentations, and campus events
  • Contribute to employer brand visibility and attractiveness initiatives targeting young talent
  • Design and execute engaging onboarding experiences for interns and apprentices
  • Monitor intern and apprentice progress throughout their assignment
  • Organize internal campus community events and networking opportunities
  • Participate in end-of-assignment reviews and identify experience enhancement opportunities
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics including timelines, volumes, candidate quality, and conversion rates
  • Prepare regular reporting on recruitment KPIs and performance indicators
  • Identify process improvements and propose concrete action plans
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to talent pools, tools, processes, and candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in Human Resources, business school, university, or equivalent
  • First language: French (written and spoken)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and analyze information
  • Active interest in luxury, fashion, and related industry competencies

Experience
