Louis Vuitton seeks a Campus HR & Talent Acquisition Intern in Paris for a 6-month full-time role beginning January 2027 supporting recruitment and employer branding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment initiatives for interns and apprentices across commercial schools, engineering institutions, and fashion academies, managing sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Gather hiring manager requirements and provide comprehensive support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle while prioritizing candidate experience excellence
- Develop and nurture school partnerships through forum participation, institutional presentations, and campus events to enhance employer visibility among emerging talent
- Contribute to engaging onboarding programs, integration content, and community building initiatives for interns and apprentices throughout their tenures
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics including cycle times, candidate volume, application quality, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities
- Support cross-functional projects relating to talent pools, recruiting tools, process optimization, and candidate experience enhancement
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed Master's programme in Human Resources, business school, or equivalent academic preparation
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities with strong organizational discipline
- Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, and high-end retail environments
- Proactive, curious disposition with enthusiasm for diverse, multidisciplinary assignments

Experience
Entry-level; prior experience of 6+ months in recruitment or HR function is advantageous but not required.
Education
Master's level student in Human Resources, Business School, University, or equivalent qualification.
