Louis Vuitton, Paris (1st) — HR & Talent Acquisition Apprentice (alternance) starting Sept 2026 for campus recruiting, onboarding and employer‑brand projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and apprentices across diverse schools (business, engineering, fashion), including sourcing, selection, interviewing and follow-up to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to capture needs, advise through the recruitment process and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Develop and animate school relations and employer‑branding initiatives (forums, presentations, campus events) to attract early‑talent pipelines.
- Design and support onboarding experiences and integration activities (onboarding days, content) for new interns and apprentices.
- Monitor and support interns/apprentices throughout their journeys, coordinate community events and facilitate end‑of‑program reviews.
- Track, analyse and report recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, volumes, conversion rates, candidate quality) and propose concrete improvement actions.
- Contribute to transversal projects such as talent pools, recruitment tools, processes and initiatives to enhance the candidate and colleague experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Human Resources, business school, university or equivalent.
- Availability for a full‑time alternance contract beginning September 2026 for a 1–2 year period; preferred rhythm 3 weeks/1 week or 4 days/1 day.
- Excellent command of written and spoken French and professional fluency in English.
- First internship (≈6 months) in recruitment or HR is a plus.
- Demonstrated rigour, organisation, analytical ability, strong communication and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
- A strong interest in luxury, fashion and the values this sector demands: attention to detail, creativity and pursuit of excellence.

Entry‑level; currently a student in a Master's programme. A prior six‑month internship in recruitment or HR is advantageous but not required.
Education
Master's level student in Human Resources, business school, university or equivalent.
