Role & Responsibilities
- Project-manage the workshop’s events calendar and coordinate all aspects of event delivery (sourcing vendors, on-site setup, logistics and vendor invoicing).
- Design, produce and disseminate internal communication materials across channels (digital screens, posters, newsletter and other internal displays).
- Animate and lead the internal project group responsible for the atelier newsletter, ensuring content planning and editorial cadence.
- Support HR in onboarding logistics and coordination with reception (briefings, atelier presentations, organisation chart updates and integration activities).
- Undertake ad hoc HR and communications tasks aligned with personal motivation and departmental projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Communication or Human Resources with a specialization in communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to synthesise information clearly for diverse internal audiences.
- Autonomous, pragmatic and organised with a proactive, creative mindset and a willingness to propose new ideas.
- Familiarity with communication tools; experience with Canva is a plus.
