Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead project-based management of the event calendar and organize events, including vendor engagement, on-site setup, and billing.
  • Create and distribute internal communication materials across various channels such as digital screens and displays.
  • Facilitate and manage the internal project group for the atelier's newsletter.
  • Support the HR department in coordinating the onboarding process, including briefings, presentations, and organizational chart updates.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication or Human Resources with a specialization in communication.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Autonomy and pragmatism. Creativity and initiative. Proficiency in communication tools such as Canva is advantageous.

Experience

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.

Education

Master's degree in progress in Communication or Human Resources.
