Louis Vuitton Italia seeks an HR Administrator Intern in Milan for a 6-month curricular internship supporting Compensation & Benefits operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute data entry and data cleaning operations within the MYHORIZON HR portal (SAP)
- Generate and maintain comprehensive HR reporting on statutory compliance, recruitment, terminations, internal mobility, and remote work tracking
- Independently manage organisational charts and hierarchical structures
- Support the recruitment process including new employee documentation, payroll file tracking, and SAP profile creation
- Oversee digital and physical HR records and filing systems
- Administer company benefits programmes including meal vouchers, flexible benefits, life and health insurance portals, and fleet management
- Manage administrative HR functions including maternity leave, workplace accident protocols, and monthly payroll variables
- Coordinate with Compensation & Benefit vendors including purchase order management, documentation, and vendor relationships
- Support the drafting and distribution of internal communications and announcements
- Prepare internal presentations and business documentation
- Manage corporate partnership agreements and employee conveniences
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an academic programme eligible for a curricular internship
- Degree in humanities or economics disciplines; specialization or master's degree in Human Resources considered advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong English language skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and problem-solving orientation
- Collaborative spirit and team-oriented work ethic

Entry-level or no prior professional experience; foundational understanding of HR functions preferred.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 750 per month.
