Louis Vuitton Italia, Milan: HR Administrator Intern (6-month curricular internship) supporting Compensation & Benefits team in SAP and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute data entry and data cleaning within the MYHORIZON SAP HR portal
  • Generate various HR reports including statutory compliance tracking (Law 104), hire/termination records, internal mobility, and smart working metrics
  • Independently manage and maintain organizational charts
  • Process new hire documentation, track payroll information, and create employee records in SAP
  • Maintain digital and physical HR archives
  • Administer company benefits programs including meal vouchers, flexible benefits, life and health insurance portals, and fleet management
  • Support HR administrative functions including maternity leave, workplace injuries, and monthly payroll variables
  • Coordinate with Compensation & Benefits vendors: purchase orders, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications
  • Support internal presentations and corporate conventions
  • Execute ad hoc HR administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or eligible for a university-accredited curricular internship program
  • Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics disciplines
  • HR specialization master's degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated passion for HR and retail industry sectors
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving orientation
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Proactive attitude and strong collaborative orientation

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 750 per month.
