Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic, hardworking Host to welcome clients, identify their needs, and direct them to appropriate departments and Universes while building genuine relationships. The role is part-time and temporary for a three-month contract, supporting the Holt Renfrew Vancouver team for the holiday season; the appointed candidate will receive CAD 23–25 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with courtesy and integrity, serving as their first point of contact and setting the tone for their store experience.
- Determine clients’ needs and direct them to the appropriate departments and Universes.
- Build genuine relationships with clients and make the most of their time at the Maison.
- Partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the wider store team to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Maintain the daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
- Manage daily store calendars, including appointments and waitlists.
- Deliver customer service in accordance with store policies and procedures.
- Represent Louis Vuitton as a Brand ambassador and ensure each client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Dynamic and hardworking, with a desire to build genuine relationships with a worldly clientele.
