Louis Vuitton seeks a Part-Time Host in Singapore to deliver exceptional client experiences in luxury retail (April–December 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage client experiences from pre-arrival through post-appointment, including scheduling and appointment preparation
- Greet arriving and departing clients with warmth, genuine engagement, and direct eye contact
- Provide accurate directions and guide clients to areas of interest within the store
- Address client queries and concerns in accordance with Louis Vuitton brand standards
- Communicate client needs and preferences to relevant departments for seamless service coordination
- Alert the team regarding the arrival of regular clients and scheduled appointments
- Maintain a neat and well-organized front-of-house environment reflecting brand aesthetics
- Present a polished professional appearance consistent with company standards
Qualifications
- Customer service excellence with strong communication and active listening capabilities
- Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn and develop expertise in luxury fashion and Louis Vuitton product portfolio
- Adaptability and quick learning ability with a client-centric mindset

- Availability for retail shift hours including weekends and public holidays
