Louis Vuitton Singapore seeks a Part-Time Host (temporary) to welcome clients, manage appointments and ensure exceptional in-store experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the client’s first point of contact in-store, greeting arrivals and departures with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage pre-arrival and post-appointment processes, including scheduling appointments and preparing client requests.
- Direct clients accurately to the appropriate boutique areas or departments and communicate client needs to relevant team members.
- Respond to client queries and concerns in accordance with brand standards, escalating where appropriate.
- Notify the sales team of regular clients or upcoming appointments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming front-of-house environment and uphold the company’s appearance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-service orientation with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for Louis Vuitton products, fashion and client experience.
- Adaptable, quick learner with a client-centric mindset and professional demeanour.
- Demonstrates curiosity, empathy and discretion when engaging with clients.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, aviation or other service industries is advantageous.
- Availability to work retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Commitment to the temporary assignment from mid‑April 2026 through end of December 2026 and ability to work on-site in Singapore.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; no specific tenure required. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, aviation or other service-oriented roles is a plus and will be considered favorably.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) preferred.
