Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with utmost courtesy and professionalism, ensuring an excellent first impression aligned with Louis Vuitton brand standards
- Assess client needs and direct them to appropriate departments or team members
- Manage the daily customer appointment calendar
- Support management in efficiently handling wait times and optimizing customer flow
