Louis Vuitton Host position in London, UK. Greet clients, manage appointments, and deliver exceptional brand experiences in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression aligned with Louis Vuitton brand values
- Curate a distinctive and luxurious experience for each client, animating waiting areas and departures to maintain engagement
- Assess client needs with active listening and direct visitors to relevant departments or services within the store
- Manage the daily client appointment calendar and promote the appointment service to optimize client flow
- Partner with management and sales teams to animate queues and manage waiting times effectively
- Collaborate across the store team to deliver a seamless client experience in accordance with the Louis Vuitton Promise
- Provide personalized recommendations on local dining, cultural events, attractions, and points of interest
- Support special events and activations as required by business priorities
- Cultivate relationships with key VIC and high-value clientele
- Execute additional administrative responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in concierge services, hosting services, VIP relations, or hospitality management
- Proven success in client-facing environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with fluent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in managing difficult conversations with discretion, de-escalating conflict, and maintaining a serene client environment
- Strong knowledge of the local London area and awareness of key events and cultural moments
- Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical approach to workflow
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and manage conflicting priorities with poise
- Capability to multitask in a high-paced, dynamic environment
