Louis Vuitton Host position in London. Serve as brand ambassador and first client contact in flagship store location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism, creating an excellent first impression of the brand
- Ensure every client experiences a unique and luxurious visit, animating the queue and farewell interactions
- Determine client needs accurately and direct them to relevant departments or services within the store and wider Harrods ecosystem
- Manage the daily client appointment calendar and promote the appointment service effectively
- Support the management team in animating waiting time and optimizing client flow
- Collaborate with the store team to create seamless client experiences aligned with Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards
- Provide recommendations and guide clients to local happenings, restaurants, cultural events, and points of interest
- Support special events as determined by business needs
- Cultivate relationships with key VIC (Very Important Client) accounts
- Execute additional administrative duties within the store as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in concierge services, hosting, VIP relations, or hospitality management
- Proven success in client-facing environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated capability to navigate difficult conversations respectfully and diffuse conflict while maintaining a serene client environment
- Strong knowledge of the local London area and current events
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing demands with agility and quick thinking
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience
