Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, providing an excellent first impression of the Louis Vuitton brand
  • Ensure every client experiences a unique and luxurious environment, animating the queue and maintaining engagement during waiting periods
  • Determine client needs through active listening and provide expert direction to relevant departments and services within the store and throughout Harrods
  • Manage the daily client appointment calendar, promoting the appointment service to optimize boutique flow and client satisfaction
  • Partner with the management and sales team to animate waiting time, manage client flow, and deliver a seamless luxury retail experience
  • Collaborate with the broader store team to maintain consistency with Louis Vuitton brand standards and the Louis Vuitton Promise
  • Provide personalized recommendations and guidance on local happenings, restaurants, cultural events, and points of interest to enhance the client experience
  • Support special events and brand activations based on business requirements
  • Build and nurture relationships with key VIP and high-value clients
  • Assist with administrative duties and ad-hoc support as required by store management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in concierge services, hosting, VIP relations, or hospitality management
  • Proven track record of excellence in client-facing roles within luxury or upscale environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate difficult conversations with discretion, de-escalate tension, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Strong knowledge of London's cultural landscape, key events, dining establishments, and attractions
