Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professional presence, creating a positive first impression in accordance with brand standards.
- Provide beverage service to customers in the waiting area and within the store, ensuring comfort while clients await assistance.
- Manage client flow and appointments: schedule, notify the team of arrivals, and prepare for client visits.
- Establish first contact and engage in discreet conversation to discover client needs and route requests to the appropriate Client Advisor.
- Maintain a neat, organised and inviting front‑of‑house environment and a professional appearance at all times.
- Address routine client queries and escalate concerns to the relevant department when necessary.
- Support the store team with ad‑hoc operational tasks according to store traffic and business needs.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Client‑centric mindset, empathy, curiosity and a professional demeanour.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to learn quickly in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.
- Available to work retail shift patterns including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, aviation or service industries is a plus.
- Right to work in Turkey (preferred/required by local employment regulations).
