Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Hospitality EMEA Director in the development, launch and governance of Food & Beverage projects across the EMEA perimeter, including new restaurant openings.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day interactions with internal and external stakeholders (design, supply, training, communications, operators, chefs) and track project actions and deliverables.
  • Draft and maintain operational guidelines and standards to ensure alignment with the Direction’s strategic objectives and the Maison’s image.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyze restaurant KPIs and qualitative feedback to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly Hospitality EMEA reports and participate in ad hoc analyses to inform decisions.
  • Coach and support local teams on operational execution and adherence to Louis Vuitton service and brand standards; contribute to continuous enhancement of the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a higher education program in business, hospitality management or equivalent (apprenticeship/alternance required).
  • Fluent English (required); comfortable operating in an international, multilingual environment.
  • Strong organisational rigour, proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent synthesis skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative approach and demonstrated adaptability in demanding contexts.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn within a fast‑paced luxury environment.
