Louis Vuitton — Paris: Hospitality & Culinary Projects Assistant (alternance) starting Sept 2026. Apprenticeship role in Central Hospitality supporting culinary concept development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Central Hospitality department in animating the Louis Vuitton Culinary Community and promoting Hospitality initiatives across the brand.
- Maintain and update team databases and project files; prepare presentations and analytical reports related to café/restaurant openings and revamps.
- Coordinate with regional zones and internal partners to track openings, revamps and ongoing Hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines.
- Assist in the conception, implementation and monitoring of new Hospitality concepts, collaborating closely with Corporate Chefs on menu development, R&D, equipment specifications and technical dossiers.
- Work with internal functions (Uniforms, Editions, Architecture, Design, Visual Merchandising, Photo Studio, Press) to deliver projects that support Hospitality activities.
- Draft and promote SOPs and operational guidelines for zones to guarantee consistent functioning of the Louis Vuitton culinary community.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers (tableware, culinary equipment) including design briefs, follow-up, budget monitoring and forecasting.
- Carry out market research and benchmarking on Hospitality, F&B, pop-ups, luxury and retail trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in the operational follow-up of international openings and Hospitality projects; undertake ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s-level) program in hospitality, culinary management, business, luxury management or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in hospitality, gastronomy and the luxury sector with a genuine motivation for brand-led experiential projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor and strong analytical ability with a capacity for clear synthesis.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to communicate with international teams and culinary partners.
- Available for an apprenticeship beginning September 2026 and able to work in Paris with a hybrid working arrangement.

Entry-level / early-career role suitable for students; no extensive prior professional experience required. Prior internships or project work in hospitality, culinary, or luxury retail are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s) programme in hospitality, culinary arts, business, luxury management or a closely related field.
