Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a 24‑month rotational curriculum across retail and corporate functions to develop end‑to‑end knowledge of the métier.
- Stage 1 (6 months): deliver client-facing retail duties including clienteling, sales, in‑store service and daily store operations.
- Stage 2 (6 months): support corporate teams on business projects, cross‑functional initiatives and strategic assignments.
- Stage 3 (12 months): undertake a store management expedition with responsibilities for team coordination, performance tracking and local execution of commercial priorities.
- Partner with Client Relations & Experience, Retail Operations and merchandising teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client journey.
- Contribute to regional projects within the North Asia zone and participate in mentorship, training modules and leadership development activities.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or up to five years of professional experience; prior retail or customer‑facing exposure is an advantage.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury retail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Accountable, self‑motivated, resilient and a fast learner with the capacity to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
- Fluency in English; fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) strongly preferred.
- Willingness to relocate or travel regionally within the North Asia zone and full availability for the 24‑month programme.

Experience
Targeted at entry‑level candidates: fresh graduates or professionals with less than five years' experience. Prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory; internships and part‑time retail roles will be considered.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality, marketing or a related field is preferred.
