Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the proper execution of High Jewelry development and manufacturing, ensuring compliance with the Maison’s quality, cost, timing, compliance and safety requirements.
  • Manage the workshop’s overall activity and directly supervise jewelers, setters and polishers, coordinating closely with internal partners—including production coordination, after-sales service, quality, development, supply and stones—and external partners such as model makers, setters and casters.
  • Coordinate daily workshop activity, align teams around the Maison’s objectives, support the production coordinator in operational management and actively participate in recruiting new talent.
  • Serve as a key contact for project managers and the studio during creative reviews; oversee development, design and production, flag deviations, propose technical solutions, assess feasibility and internal and external capacity, allocate workload, and ensure critical milestones are met from brief through finished-product delivery.
  • Ensure systematic handover of technical files, including approved assembly and setting plans.
  • Prepare quotations, break down and analyze allocated working times, and monitor target times by team and jeweler to support workshop profitability and efficiency.
  • Balance workload and capacity by anticipating constraints and proposing solutions to eliminate waiting time and meet budget objectives.
  • Ensure traceability and compliance of physical and digital flows for precious metals, stones, components and work in progress, and supervise inventories.
  • Maintain rigorous control of consumables and small tools stock.
  • Uphold the Maison’s aesthetic and technical standards and ensure strict application of safety, environmental and compliance standards, including RJC requirements.
  • Verify compliance with specifications at every stage and safeguard employee health and safety, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency, meet delivery deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
