Louis Vuitton seeks Health, Safety & Environment Manager (RSPP) in Napoli, Italy—lead occupational health, safety, and facilities management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously update the company's Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in compliance with d.lgs. 81/08
  • Evaluate occupational risk factors and implement measures to ensure workplace health and safety standards
  • Design and coordinate worker information and training programmes
  • Manage the deployment and verify correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Coordinate with the occupational physician to oversee workplace medical surveillance
  • Manage emergency prevention and incident response protocols
  • Prepare documentation for management of contractor interference, including DUVRI as per Article 26 of d.lgs. 81/08
  • Coordinate maintenance of fixed and portable fire prevention systems
  • Oversee waste management operations and procedures
  • Develop and define operational procedures for waste handling and movement
  • Supervise proper operation of wastewater treatment and atmospheric emission systems
  • Ensure correct waste storage practices throughout the facility
  • Verify contractor compliance and authorization for waste transport and disposal
  • Manage maintenance of office and production facilities
  • Ensure efficient and secure delivery of facility and security services
  • Supply office materials, work wear, PPE, and all company assets
  • Coordinate personnel assigned to facility services and front-desk operations
  • Manage contracts with external service providers
  • Execute contractual agreements for services and goods within assigned budget constraints
  • Develop and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for equipment
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence of machinery and equipment
  • Propose improvements to machinery and collaborate with plant director
  • Implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) investments and manage the company's energy balance

Qualifications

  • Technical or scientific diploma or degree
  • RSPP certification including modules A, B, and C
  • Occupational health and safety trainer qualification
  • Contractor management expertise
  • Knowledge and understanding of environmental and occupational safety policies, laws, and regulations

Experience
