Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead health, safety, and environmental strategies for the Beaulieu-sur-Layon manufacturing site.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage risk prevention initiatives.
  • Advise on safety measures and collaborate with external service providers.
  • Monitor and analyze workplace incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through training and leadership of the CSSCT.
  • Implement and manage the environmental management system, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Lead projects focused on energy optimization and environmental impact reduction.
  • Manage environmental service providers and oversee the environmental action plan.
  • Conduct and maintain ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree with specialization in HSE.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment.

Skills

Strong technical and regulatory expertise in HSE. Proven ability to coordinate complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. Effective communication and organizational skills. Proactive problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a rigorous industrial setting, with a focus on health, safety, and environmental management.

Education

Engineering degree with HSE specialization.
