Louis Vuitton seeks Head of Enterprise Solutions in Hong Kong to lead SAP systems and omni-channel operations across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and build a high-performing team managing implementations, evolutions, and RUN support of enterprise solution initiatives across the Asia Pacific region
  • Establish robust relationships with headquarters Enterprise Solutions teams, regional counterparts, and local business stakeholders to ensure alignment, efficiency, and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with local business teams on issue identification and resolution, enhancement collection and validation, and solution customization tailored to regional requirements
  • Coordinate with headquarters IS&T for core enhancement setup, development activities, and technical solution support
  • Oversee critical business operations including sales and payment data reconciliation across POS, ERP, Business Intelligence, and e-commerce platforms to ensure financial reporting accuracy
  • Serve as control tower for order-to-cash monitoring and end-to-end flow management, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing SAP systems in SD/MM or FICO (ECC EHP7 proficiency required)
  • Demonstrated expertise in OMS solutions including Manhattan, Oracle (OROB, OROMS), IBM Sterling, Order Dynamics, Salesforce + Fluent Commerce
  • Solid project management experience in small to medium-sized implementations
  • Extensive background working with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution, Finance, e-Commerce, Call Center, and Retail Store teams
  • Deep knowledge of retail omni-channel operations and workflows across store, call center, and e-commerce channels
  • Understanding of accounting and finance principles relevant to enterprise resource planning
  • Fluent English communication and presentation capabilities
  • Customer-oriented approach to problem-solving and service delivery
  • PMP certification and ITIL certification preferred
  • Experience in multi-cultural and diverse working environments preferred

Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams across supply chain, finance, retail, and e-commerce environments, with proven ability to manage complex system implementations and ongoing operations in multi-cultural organizational settings.

Education

Higher education qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL are highly valued.
