Louis Vuitton Hand Painter Artisan in Bal Harbour, FL. Full-time role designing custom artwork on luxury trunks. USD $35-$43/hr plus bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and customize client artwork by interpreting and replicating paintings on trunks and bespoke pieces
- Maintain direct communication with clients while servicing custom requests including initials, personalized crests, and portraits
- Provide artistic samples and collaborate with clients on artwork modifications and refinements
- Review, evaluate, and assess requests while managing timeline expectations of the painting process and completion
- Support artwork illustration for Made-To-Order trunks and personalized items
- Work closely with Store Manager to identify and maximize business opportunities through special orders
- Conduct live painting demonstrations or animations for clients and press during in-store events
Qualifications
- Extensive hand painting artistic skill and ability to interpret and replicate client-desired artwork
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and freehand painting techniques
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in painting, artisanal craftsmanship, or related field
- Strong artistic portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative range
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients
- Patience, focus, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality artwork
- Solution-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hand painting, artistic customization, artisanal craftsmanship, or related creative field. Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
Education
Professional artistic training or formal education in fine arts, design, or painting is preferred; demonstrated mastery through portfolio submission is essential.
