Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the brand ambassador at store entry: welcome clients with warmth, maintain eye contact and create an immediate positive first impression.
- Manage client flow and waiting lists, provide beverage service to clients in the waiting area and within the boutique.
- Establish first contact through courteous conversation to discover clients’ needs and guide them through product offerings while they await a Client Advisor.
- Coordinate pre‑arrival and post‑appointment client experiences, including scheduling, notifying the team of arrivals and preparing for appointments.
- Communicate client requests and feedback to the relevant in‑store teams and escalate inquiries according to brand standards.
- Maintain a neat, organised and professional front‑of‑house environment and adhere to the company’s presentation standards.
- Support store colleagues with ad hoc operational tasks depending on store traffic and business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in customer‑facing roles (retail, hospitality, aviation or service industries).
- Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable customer service orientation with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Professional demeanour, empathy, curiosity and a client‑centric mindset.
- Availability to work retail shift patterns including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior exposure to luxury retail or high‑end service environments preferred.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in customer‑facing positions within retail, hospitality, aviation or other service industries; previous luxury retail experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or retail is desirable.
