Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients in-store, delivering a warm, discreet and brand-aligned welcome and managing waiting areas.
- Coordinate with Managers and Client Advisors to guide clients’ in-store experience and escalate immediate needs.
- Perform runner duties to ensure product availability on the sales floor through timely replenishment and tidy presentation.
- Support packaging and gift-wrapping activities to meet luxury presentation standards.
- Assist with basic stockroom tasks and help maintain back-of-house organisation and inventory readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of customer-facing or retail experience.
- Empathetic, agile and service-oriented demeanour with a genuine interest in luxury retail.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in a high-traffic store.
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, international retail environment and available for part-time schedules.
- Team player with clear communication skills and discretion when handling client interactions.

Experience
At least 3 years of customer-facing or retail experience, ideally in a premium or luxury environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in retail, hospitality or fashion are a plus.
