Louis Vuitton is hiring a Global Talent Projects Intern in Paris to support talent development programs, community engagement, and HR analytics for a 6-month internship beginning July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the global coordination and operational excellence of key talent development programs including NOMADES (international exchange), VOYAGERS VIE (recruitment and talent lifecycle management), and HORIZONS (graduate program), managing pre-departure sessions, logistics, community engagement, and administrative support
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking analyses on emerging HR trends and talent development initiatives across the luxury industry
  • Contribute to animating talent development program communities through event organization including onboarding sessions, learning expeditions, virtual meetups, leadership talks, and lunch & learn sessions, alongside communication and virtual channel management
  • Support the animation of a global HR Ambassadors network by organizing monthly forums for talent sharing and best practice exchanges, and optimizing support resources such as newsletters and resource hubs
  • Support program governance by tracking participant and program data while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations throughout assignment lifecycles
  • Conduct analyses and monitoring of key HR indicators to enhance talent understanding and prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders
  • Develop and implement automated tools and dashboards to streamline reporting and analysis processes and measure the impact of talent initiatives

Qualifications

  • Enrolled as a student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law, or related field
  • Demonstrated passion for talent development and genuine curiosity about HR trends and innovation
  • Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and presentations; advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Agility, entrepreneurial mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and strong sense of confidentiality
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); French language ability is advantageous
  • Valid internship agreement (convention de stage) issued by educational institution is mandatory
