Louis Vuitton — Global Talent Projects Intern, Paris. 6‑month internship starting July 2026 within the Global Talent team (HR Talent Development).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the global design and delivery of Talent Development and Next Generation programmes (eg. NOMADES, VOYAGERS VIE, HORIZONS), including lifecycle coordination, logistics and administrative support.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking on HR trends and programme best practices to inform programme design.
- Organise and animate community engagement activities (onboarding, learning expeditions, virtual meetups, leadership talks, lunch & learn sessions) and manage related communications channels.
- Support the global HR Ambassadors network by organising monthly forums and maintaining support resources (newsletters, resource hub).
- Assist programme governance through participant tracking and compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Perform analyses and monitor key HR indicators; prepare presentations and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Develop and implement automated reporting tools and dashboards to streamline analysis and measure programme impact.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law or a related discipline.
- Mandatory internship (stage) agreement issued by the educational institution.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); French language ability is a plus.
- Proven proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion regarding confidential information, and an entrepreneurial, agile mindset.

Entry-level internship. No prior professional experience required; previous internships or academic projects in HR, talent development or programme coordination are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law, or equivalent; an official internship agreement from the school is required.
