Louis Vuitton Paris: Global Senior CRM Project Manager to lead customer lifecycle strategy, campaigns, and journey orchestration across international markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives and customer engagement goals
  • Maintain expert knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platform innovations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and customer engagement advancement
  • Design and execute end-to-end customer journeys based on key commercial opportunities, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and markets
  • Participate in the design and delivery of customer journeys and triggers by coordinating internal stakeholders across communications, sales teams, technology, and omnichannel functions
  • Manage and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, CRM Social) leveraging automation and personalization capabilities
  • Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to gather business intelligence, implement CRM initiatives, and ensure alignment with market needs
  • Monitor campaign and journey performance, extract insights, and adjust programs using an agile, test-and-learn approach

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a Business School (Bac+5)
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
  • Expert knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, or Braze
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to operate in a cross-functional marketing environment
  • Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and oral
  • Sensitivity to luxury market positioning with demonstrated excellence, rigor, attention to detail, and creativity
  • Knowledge of the US market preferred
