Louis Vuitton in Paris seeks a Global Inventory & Distribution Planning Assistant (alternance), 12‑month apprenticeship starting Sept/Oct 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Make‑to‑Order product portfolio: communicate production needs to industrial teams and follow up on delayed orders.
  • Coordinate distribution of finished goods from the central warehouse to regional warehouses, ensuring stock is positioned to meet demand.
  • Monitor and optimise inventory levels, including reporting and proposing actions to reduce non‑sellable stock.
  • Define relevant KPIs, implement routines and coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure transparent performance tracking.
  • Redesign reporting for damaged or non‑sellable stock, support product refresh processes with zones to optimise refurbishment, and contribute to establishing a second‑life process.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school (2nd or 3rd year) — work‑study (alternance) contract required.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and strong appetite for information systems.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and Anaplan is a plus.
  • High level of rigor with quantitative data, strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, curiosity and a collaborative mindset.
