Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute alterations and finishing on women's and men's ready‑to‑wear garments (hemming, adjustments, lining replacements, repairs) by hand and machine.
  • Ensure impeccable execution of retouches in accordance with Maison quality standards and technical specifications.
  • Apply garment construction techniques (cutting, assembly, finishing) and adapt interventions to the specifics of each piece and textile.
  • Advise and support sales teams and clients on alteration requests, including fitting recommendations and timelines.
  • Propose pragmatic, technically sound solutions that balance couture-level precision with client service requirements.
  • Contribute to store operations and collaborate closely with retail teams in a collegial manner.
  • Adhere strictly to internal procedures and guarantee respect of delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in sewing and garment alterations.
  • Excellent mastery of confection techniques and textile handling across a range of fabrics.
  • Keen attention to detail with high standards of precision and finishing.
  • Strong service orientation, good listening skills and ease in client-facing interactions.
  • Autonomous, rigorous and comfortable working within a team environment.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Experience
