Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in end‑to‑end development and launch activities for fragrance collections, from concept generation to market entry.
- Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams with internal teams (industrial, retail, communications) and external partners (model makers, creative and execution agencies).
- Organize and manage showrooms and internal presentation meetings, ensuring materials and schedules are prepared and followed up.
- Carry out ad hoc market studies and maintain competitive intelligence (price positioning, competitor monitoring).
- Contribute to the creation of commercial tools and point‑of‑sale support materials for the retail network.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance of product lines and provide reporting to the product team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program (undergraduate or graduate).
- Strong sensitivity to product and a clear interest in perfumery and the luxury sector.
- Creativity, curiosity and an ability to identify cultural and market trends.
- Rigour, strong attention to detail, pragmatism, autonomy and responsiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit; entrepreneurial mindset desirable.
- Fluent English; proficient with Pack Office.

Beginner — suitable for early‑career candidates or students with limited professional experience; internship experience or academic projects in product, marketing or luxury is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a recognised business school or equivalent university degree (Bachelor's or Master's level).
