Louis Vuitton Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst opportunity in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Temporary, full-time role in FP&A and finance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts from all Maisons and business units, ensuring coherence and accuracy
  • Deliver timely financial performance reporting, highlighting key drivers of variance and profitability analysis by channel and category
  • Identify trends and opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimization across the business
  • Provide scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making under uncertainty
  • Partner with operational and business leaders to translate corporate strategy into measurable financial targets and support investment decisions with robust financial evaluation
  • Lead annual budgeting exercises and act as country internal control team, with active involvement in internal audit, risk management, and compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate with the legal team on contract review and local regulatory compliance matters
  • Oversee logistics function and ensure alignment with financial objectives
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a culture of financial excellence and adoption of best practices in planning tools and ERP systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise resource planning systems, particularly SAP
  • Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
  • Mature stakeholder management capability (internal and external)

Experience
