Role & Responsibilities

  • Join the Women’s Elegant Footwear Industrial office and report to the Head of the Women’s Industrial Office.
  • Collaborate with the form maker (lasts specialist) to verify and update approved lasts used for component development.
  • Manage ordering and logistical activation of lasts required to commence industrialisation.
  • Develop and maintain technical industrialisation dossiers for structural components, ensuring specifications and build instructions are accurate.
  • Register component codifications in the product data system and maintain traceability of part nomenclature.
  • Create and monitor purchase orders for components necessary during the industrial development phase.
  • Coordinate and oversee development activities required to validate production, liaising with external suppliers and manufacturers (including on-site visits) to ensure precise execution.
  • Work with industrial patternmaking to secure fit trial approvals and evaluate feasibility for production.
  • Perform back-office industrialisation tasks (ERP/management system entries, production confirmations, etc.).
  • Maintain development schedules and ensure adherence to planned milestone dates.
  • Manage the master component validation process in collaboration with external suppliers and internal team members.
  • Inspect initial production lots delivered to manufacturers to verify conformity with agreed specifications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' professional experience in women's elegant footwear development and industrialisation.
  • Proven ability to respect tight deadlines and manage multiple development timelines concurrently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and operational flexibility in fast-paced production environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, concise synthesis and clear verbal and written communication.
  • Effective team player with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel for supplier and factory visits.
