Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the development and validation phase of sneaker production, liaising directly with suppliers and manufacturers both remotely and on-site to ensure precise execution of work
  • Develop and maintain technical specification sheets for structural component industrialization
  • Create and monitor purchase orders for components required during the industrial development phase
  • Collaborate with the industrial modeling department to obtain approval for fit trials and assess production feasibility
  • Execute back-office activities related to industrialization processes, including ERP data entry, production confirmations, and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain adherence to development timelines and planned delivery schedules
  • Manage the master component validation process, coordinating with external suppliers and internal team members
  • Conduct quality inspections of initial production batches delivered by manufacturers to verify compliance with approved specifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury sportswear and sneaker footwear manufacturing
  • In-depth knowledge of sole design, bottom components, and mold specifications
