Louis Vuitton Footwear Industrialization Specialist in Venice, Italy. Coordinate sneaker production and component development, €26,280+ annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the development and validation phase of sneaker production, liaising directly with suppliers and manufacturers both remotely and on-site to ensure precise execution of work
- Develop and maintain technical specification sheets for structural component industrialization
- Create and monitor purchase orders for components required during the industrial development phase
- Collaborate with the industrial modeling department to obtain approval for fit trials and assess production feasibility
- Execute back-office activities related to industrialization processes, including ERP data entry, production confirmations, and related administrative tasks
- Maintain adherence to development timelines and planned delivery schedules
- Manage the master component validation process, coordinating with external suppliers and internal team members
- Conduct quality inspections of initial production batches delivered by manufacturers to verify compliance with approved specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury sportswear and sneaker footwear manufacturing
- In-depth knowledge of sole design, bottom components, and mold specifications
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and analytical mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
