Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and pilot the end-to-end supply flows for leather goods components dedicated to the Care service, ensuring part availability to meet internal and external demands.
  • Analyze and consolidate component demand, organise stock replenishments and anticipate shortages with corrective actions to minimise disruption.
  • Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with buyers and suppliers to secure on-time deliveries and correct quantities.
  • Track and manage supply deviations and non-conformities; analyse gaps between requested specifications and delivered parts and drive corrective actions with suppliers.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly operational reports on key procurement KPIs and produce monthly supplier performance reports for industrial management.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, implement continuous improvement actions and participate in supplier selection and onboarding.
  • Contribute to process optimisation projects, propose innovative sourcing solutions and support the evolution of planning and tracking tools, including JDE.
  • Participate in the redesign of the Care sourcing strategy and support related cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years' professional experience in procurement, supply chain or flow management; experience in luxury, leather goods or service-care environments and in project management is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (required).
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, resolve quality and delivery issues, and present performance reporting to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, curiosity and ability to propose pragmatic operational improvements.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain roles, ideally within luxury goods or leather goods manufacturing/aftercare, with exposure to supplier development and sourcing projects.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
