Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and pilot inbound supply flows of leather‑goods components destined for the Care service, ensuring part availability to meet internal and external demand.
  • Monitor demand signals and consolidate requests from internal stakeholders; drive replenishment processes to maintain optimal warehouse stock levels.
  • Track purchase orders end‑to‑end in coordination with buyers and suppliers, ensuring adherence to lead times and quantities.
  • Anticipate and mitigate stock‑out risks through corrective actions and contingency planning.
  • Handle supplier non‑conformities and supply disruptions: analyze discrepancies, communicate required corrective actions, and follow through to resolution.
  • Produce and distribute weekly operational reports on key procurement KPIs; prepare monthly supplier‑performance reports for industrial management.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives with external partners; participate in supplier selection and onboarding.
  • Contribute to process optimisation and tools evolution, including enhancements to planning systems and JDE usage.
  • Participate in the redesign of the Care sourcing strategy and related projects.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain/procurement or flow management, ideally in luxury goods, leather goods, or related project environments.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel skills and proven experience with planning systems (MRP), ERP environments and JDE.
  • Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem‑solver with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Experience
