Louis Vuitton (Cergy) hires a Flow Manager — Leather Components (Care) for a 6-month CDD starting May 2026. Site-based role reporting to Procurement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor supply flows of leather-goods components dedicated to the Care service to ensure continuous availability for internal and external requests.
- Analyse and consolidate component demand, orchestrate replenishments for the Cergy warehouse and implement corrective actions to prevent stockouts.
- Track and follow-up procurement orders in partnership with buyers and suppliers to secure lead-times and quantities.
- Handle supply disruptions and non-conformities: analyse deviations, communicate with suppliers and drive corrective actions to ensure product compliance.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, lead supplier development initiatives and participate in supplier selection and onboarding.
- Prepare and distribute weekly operational KPIs and monthly performance reports to industrial management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects: identify process optimisation opportunities and support the evolution of planning and follow-up tools.
- Participate in the redesign of the Care sourcing strategy and contribute to JDE/ERP usage optimisation.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum five years' experience in supply chain, procurement or materials planning — ideally within luxury leather goods or related premium sectors.
- Fluent written and spoken English (essential) to operate in an international environment.
- Proven knowledge of replenishment processes, inventory management and supplier relations.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with planning/scheduling systems (MRP/ERP); familiarity with JDE is required.
- Strong analytical aptitude, problem-solving orientation and proven ability to drive corrective actions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and ability to coach or develop supplier teams.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement or materials/flow management, preferably in the luxury goods or leather-goods sector and with exposure to cross-functional projects.
Education
Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
