Role & Responsibilities
- Own the Fine Jewelry category for EMEA and France: define commercial priorities, develop growth plans and monitor the associated budget.
- Analyse sales performance and KPIs to identify growth levers and implement targeted action plans.
- Prepare and coordinate collection launches, in-store activations and special offers including programming for partners such as Cheval Blanc.
- Lead sales forecasting in close partnership with Supply Chain to ensure sell-in/sell-through alignment.
- Animate, support and upskill regional merchandising teams to drive category objectives and consistent execution across markets.
- Directly manage the France retail market (c.60 boutiques): conduct store visits, gather qualitative feedback and translate field insights into operational initiatives.
- Promote the Jewelry category across cross-functional teams (Architecture, Visual Merchandising, CRM/Clienteling, Learning) to ensure coherent merchandising and retail execution.
- Participate in the annual Jewelry showroom and contribute to selection/purchasing of new items.
- Line-manage and coach a merchandising intern.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchandising or operational marketing; experience in jewelry is strongly preferred.
- International exposure and/or prior retail experience is an advantage.
- Advanced analytical aptitude with strong command of Excel and Power Bi.
- Deep interest in and knowledge of the fine jewelry market and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated commercial orientation, proactivity, rigor and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent English required.

Experience
Minimum three years in merchandising, operational marketing or a related commercial role, ideally within fine jewelry or luxury retail; international experience and hands-on retail exposure are advantageous.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent.
