Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Global Process Owner for Supplier Information Management, ensuring comprehension and application of business rules and translating operational needs into process documentation and functional specifications
- Manage the full lifecycle of Ivalua platform enhancements, including needs assessment, detailed specifications, testing, deployment, and version migration coordination
- Establish and maintain master data governance frameworks; ensure data quality and reliability for suppliers, customers, users, and finance-related datasets
- Lead international change adoption initiatives, user training programs, and organizational support to drive platform adoption and user community engagement
- Contribute to enterprise-wide data and technology projects spanning Louis Vuitton and the LVMH group
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a university, business school, or engineering school (Bac +5)
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with proven expertise in Master Data and Purchase-to-Pay processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, and/or business intelligence tools (preferred)
- Fluent English
- Demonstrated rigor, reliability, and autonomy
- Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to organizational change
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Minimum 5 years of project management experience with demonstrated expertise in Master Data and Purchase-to-Pay workflows, ideally within financial operations or enterprise resource planning environments.
