Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, consolidating inputs from Maisons and business units to ensure coherence and accuracy
  • Deliver timely reporting on financial performance, highlighting key variance drivers and profitability analysis by channel and category
  • Identify trends and opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimization across the region
  • Partner with operational leaders to translate strategy into measurable financial targets and support investment decisions with robust financial evaluation
  • Lead the annual budgeting exercise and coordinate with legal teams on contract reviews and local regulatory compliance
  • Act as country internal control team, including active involvement in internal audit, risk management, and compliance frameworks
  • Oversee logistics function and financial aspects of supply chain operations
  • Mentor junior financial analysts and contribute to building a culture of financial excellence and best practices adoption

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Mature stakeholder management capabilities (internal and external)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software (particularly SAP)
  • Experience with budget and forecast management
