Louis Vuitton seeks Financial Director for France & Monaco. Lead finance strategy and team of 3+ professionals. 10+ years required, Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise comprehensive financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure data reliability for local, regional, and headquarters stakeholders
- Analyse commercial and operational performance to identify growth and optimization levers, formulating strategic recommendations
- Coordinate and lead budgeting cycles including forecasting and medium-term planning in close collaboration with operational teams
- Produce ad hoc financial analyses to support investment decisions, product launches, and market strategies
- Partner strategically with operational leadership (Retail, Merchandising, Communications, Events) to drive profitability and growth objectives
- Challenge assumptions and business plans while actively contributing to the development of local strategies
- Build, develop, and structure the local finance team, ensuring individual and collective skill advancement
- Set performance objectives, conduct evaluations, and foster an environment of excellence and collaboration
- Ensure rigorous application of Group and Maison financial procedures and governance standards
- Guarantee the quality of accounting closures and the robustness of management indicators
- Coordinate interactions with accounting, tax, and external partners including auditors and statutory auditors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in financial direction or management accounting
- Proven experience in an international environment, ideally within luxury, retail, or premium consumer goods
- Confirmed experience managing and developing teams
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong financial modelling capabilities
- Fluent English (essential)

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in financial direction or management accounting, acquired in an international environment, ideally within the luxury, retail, or premium consumer goods sector. Confirmed track record of leading and developing teams.
Education
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification from a recognized business school or higher education institution.
