Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Finance Core Model transformation deployments across EMEA, including Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, SAP S/4HANA, e-invoicing, and AI digitalization initiatives
- Serve as the primary finance contact and liaison between the Finance Projects team and all Maison stakeholders including Finance, Digital, Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Internal Control, Legal, and Procurement
- Provide ongoing finance expertise and knowledge transfer to accounting and controlling teams across 35 countries in the EMEA region
- Support local finance teams on accounting compliance, order-to-cash processes, period closing, and operational efficiency improvements
- Maintain and enhance finance know-how across retail subsidiaries to ensure consistency in run activities and operational support
- Collaborate with the EMEA Chief Financial Officer and top management on regional finance projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school, university, or engineering school
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience with background in an audit firm complemented by Finance experience
- Proficiency in accounting, management control, and SAP
- Proven experience in finance information systems and business process flows
- Strong interest in luxury and retail sector finance practices
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or German is advantageous

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in finance, with required background in an audit firm complemented by Finance experience, ideally within the luxury or retail sector. Demonstrated expertise in accounting, management control systems, and SAP implementations.
