Louis Vuitton seeks a Finance Project Manager in Paris (Ile‑de‑France) to lead Record‑to‑Report and finance transformation projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Finance transformation projects with primary responsibility for the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) perimeter, ensuring delivery, timelines and quality of outcomes.
- Manage deployment and evolution of electronic invoicing and related regulatory/compliance changes across finance processes.
- Contribute to ERP projects (including SAP S/4HANA) impacting R2R and participate in solution definition, testing and rollout activities.
- Act as the process owner and reference for Record‑to‑Report: map processes, identify risks, and drive initiatives to strengthen robustness and data reliability.
- Identify, prioritise and run continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality and operational performance of accounting workflows.
- Support Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) initiatives in collaboration with Finance and IT; ensure changes are embedded in accounting and controlling teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, drive change management and facilitate adoption of new processes and tools within accounting teams.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum five years' proven experience in project management or finance transformation (consulting firm or corporate environment).
- Demonstrated track record of leading finance transformation projects and strong mastery of Record‑to‑Report processes.
- Proven ability to work transversally and to mobilise and influence stakeholders across finance, IT and operational teams.
- High level of rigor, autonomy, analytical thinking and prioritisation skills.
- Fluent in French and English (bilingual).
- Experience with SAP and/or prior exposure to the luxury or retail sectors is a strong advantage.

At least five years of experience in project management or finance transformation, obtained either in a consulting environment or within a company, with concrete responsibility for delivering finance transformation projects and improving Record‑to‑Report processes.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) — business school or equivalent.
